It’s that time of year again, pumpkins are appearing in the supermarkets and this year we challenge you not to just carve them, but actually cook with them!

Pumpkins are a good source of zinc, iron, and magnesium which helps prevent bleeding gums, keeps our tongues healthy and our teeth strong – what’s not to like? There are loads of great pumpkin recipes and we’ve shared our favourites below!
