As a new patient to our practice, we will take the time to understand you and your concerns.

Through these discussions with you, we can build a picture of your general and dental well being. We offer a comprehensive Healthy Mouth Review which examines all areas of your face, head, neck and mouth and are sensitive to patients who suffer with dental anxiety. Once you have the smile you always wanted, we will work together to maintain this with ongoing care from our dentists, hygienists and clinical support team.

During the first visit, X-rays may be taken to help identify any problems under the gums and in the bones of your mouth, alongside photographs and moulds, where clinically necessary. This first consultation will usually last approximately 30 minutes and, should treatment be required, comprehensive advice and options will be given with transparent fees allowing you to make the best decision for your mouth.

FAQ’s

When you feel ready to book an appointment, just give our friendly reception team a call. We will be happy to book you in for a consultation as a new patient with one of our experienced dentists. Alternatively, you can book online, by email or with our Live Chat feature!

The first consultation for most patients lasts about 30 minutes.

When you come in we will ask you to complete a medical history form and let you take a seat in our lounge. The dentist will come and greet you and take you up to the surgery where he will take the time to chat to you about your oral health and any concerns you might have. The assesment will include:
• A thorough look at your teeth and gums and your general oral and medical health
• Any necessary x-rays
• Discuss the need for further visits with your dentist

If any treatment is needed we will let you know the options and give you a written treatment plan.
